Professor Crowe: If you go onto the website and you try adding the course and it might tell you that it’s full. But if you enter the code 0 1 4 9 on the side, it should let you join the class even if it’s full.

Claire: Oh, that’s great news to me! I was also wondering how many projects and tests will there be this semester?

Professor Crowe: So for projects and tests, there’s two exams, a midterm and a final. And projects, there’s also two of them throughout the semester.

Claire: So if I don’t do well in this class, will there be any way to make up for the grade at the end of this semester?

Professor Crowe: So I typically give students a chance to make up for work or for a bad grade, because you know, a lot of the times things come up in life and, you know, that affects our schoolwork.

Professor Crowe: So yes, you will be given the chance to do an extra assignment at the end of the semester, that will cover either one exam score or one of the assignments.

Professor Crowe: Uhm, it’s up to you to choose which one to cover. I just tell my students to consider which one is affecting their grade the most.
