Claire: I wonder why you guys always say my pleasure instead of you’re welcome? Will you get fired if you say otherwise?

店員：I think they would “talk to us” They’d say like we’re not supposed to do that cause we’re supposed to be known for our hospitality, like, differentiates us from other chicken places.

Claire: So you guys go through a whole training to learn that. What do you guys do in the training?

店員：They just taught us to stay mindful, be courteous and just focus on hospitality. Be nice to the guests
